Hello Everyone! I have recently started playing Pokemon Black (USA/English version) on no$gba 2.6a using no$zoomer 2.3.0.2 . I was able to make it run and it runs GREAT with excellent speed,though it lags on the intro screen where Reshiram appears(which I don't really find much of a problem) and during gameplay it has some teenie-tiny graphic bugs but I am sure I can find a solution to that myself,but if not,I can manage . Anyway,TO THE PROBLEM!!!1 -Here it is : during gameplay it freezes (the sound starts to repeat/skip and everything stops moving!) after every 5 minutes whenever I am entering or leaving a home/Pokemon center OR I want to chat with a random citizen/gym leader/contact/trainer OR entering a battle with a wild Pokemon,leaving me helpless and the only thing I can do then is to reset (the cartridge)! I have tried pressing pause/unpause,pressing select,start on no$zoomer but it didn't work. It bothers me because I have to save every 2-3 minutes and I have tried finding a related thread on this forum and on the internet (I tried 'google-ing' it) but there was nothing related to my problem at all except this one guy who had the same problem and posted it on some forum but the staff of that forum weren't able to give him a solution! Also,on the no$gba main site ('least I think it is) I found this cheat code which was supposed to help,but then my no$zoomer crashed and an error popped out! -Additional Info: My Computer's not that high-tech but it has a strong processor (3.4 GHz) and it has 2 GB of RAM with a sort of cheap ,but fair graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 210. I tried using DeSmuME 0.9.7 and DeSmuME 0.9.8 but it was ULTRA slow,and I've tried hundreds of cheat codes and different configurations on it until I finally decided to get no$gba. http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=53401 Try following the guide given on the first post of the above thread.It worked for many people.Best of luck.Start from the beginning.Use the ROM provided in that thread.Disable all the other cheats except the anti-piracy and the 3D edge marking thing.
Thank you very,very much! I did exactly what the tutorial said and now it works like a charm! I noticed the tutorial before,but I saw that it shows you how to make the game work which I surpassed,but I didn't know that the no$gba and no$zoomer versions I used didn't have the proper plugins for anti-freezing.
