this does not show up on my r4sdhc Dual Core White Card with new label. :'(

 

Doesn't show up on DSTWO with English patch

 

It will never work with translated ROMs.

 

but mine can show up with translated ROM

Mine shows up and it works. i am using the dual core white, and the rts lite silver.

How are you trying to catch the pokemon, The R button turns on the cheat, you have to hold it while you are in the grass, until you encounter a battle.
