pokemon black always freezes??????????

    When im playing pokemon black that i downloaded from romsite.net on my r4 sdhc, v 1.38, it randomly freezes after about 5 minutes of play. and it does it over and over and over again! how can i stop this???????? any direct links to patches?

    its not on this website. i searched "pokemon black" and "pokemon" under ds roms and cant find it
