Hi everyone can someone tell why when i turn on the C-Gear on my r4(wood 1.49, ds lite) my ds freezes???

 

C-Gear? I haven't played an 5th gen nor have I messed with R4's in a long time. So Ima assume that its something inside the game. If it is, it is most likely and AP issue, and your going to have to patch your ROM using an AP patcher tool.

 

i've already patched the game and it works but after the 1st badge bianca gives you the C-gear it appears in the tactil screen and if i turn it on the game freezes

 

if youre using pokestation translation. there are many bugs on that patch. maybe that could be it

Use the Project pokemon patch, much less bugs, and it has about the same amount translated as the pokestation one.
