Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 Freeze?

    I patched Pokemon Blac 2, as well as white 2, with the patch v2.3, and it never opens up the pokemons window, and bag.When bianca asks me to enter the pokemon center, it says"This is the (Lots of Question Marks)" , and game freezes when Bianca tries to give me the 10 pokeballs.It says: Ash received (Lots of Question Marks) " and then freezes.Can anyone help?
