i cant get my Pokemon mystery dungeon explores of the sky to work right:C

IE: i cant save properly :C

 

You need a flashcart with the latest loaders and auto patching capability, so it can patch the game for it to work.
eg:CycloDS with latest firmware, AceKard with AKAIO 1.5

What version of No$GBA are you using?

This doesn't work with no$gba because of the savetype not being supported, I think, unless you use someone's converted save and go on with it.

2.6a is the only version of no$gba with auto save type detection. if you are using a version lower please experiment with save types.

Mines worked perfectly on r4 sdhc and the normal r4

 

are you sure?
lots of torrent trackers package 2.6 and call it 2.6a

i reccomend you switch to DeSmuMe as no$gba isnt being developed anymore

 

the 2.6a does not support the game's savetype even with Auto
