Not sure where you found that but it's not a valid transaction ID, I did however do a search on your email and find the payment. The reason the points haven't been given yet is because you paid via an eCheck, and as we write on https://www.romulation.org/buy/points/ The status in my control panel shows that it will be cleared by no later than 22nd of July, at that point paypal will put the money in the romulation account and contact the script on our server, and hopefully give you your points instantly.
