I wasn't really sure where to post this, but I posted it here. When I tried to download FF7, my download broke and the game didn't fully finish downloading. I tried it again 2 times after that, and it broke two times again. When I tried to download a fourth time, in hopes that maybe it wouldn't break, I found that I had run out of points (since the discs are HUGE) Even though I only downloaded about 20mb of useless unfinished FF7 I had lost like 470 points. Is there maybe some way for me to get my points back? Please help. Thanks.
The only way to get your points back is... -wait it to be updated -or buy it. -and lastly..wait for the mods to help you...
Oh... Well, I was just looking in the introduction page, and it said that for no extra points they could have me resume broken downloads? How would I do that?
Re-download it within a period of 24 hours since you spent the points. Try to use a different form of downloading, using a manager etc.
Hmm, when I tried downloading it three times in a row, it was at pretty much the same time, but it downloaded three separate things. Maybe I should just wait a week or two for my points back...
you can restart the download at any time within 24 hours for free. You can resume the download at any time, but to do that you need a download manager such as flashget or IDM.
