Points extra cost

    Please check my profile. Any time I download, I download just one time but it usually counts and costs more than twice, why :'( ?. My points are pretty low right now, please help me! And I believe I'm not the only one who is getting into this mess.

    I use IDM, but this mess only happens since March, I download normally before that

    We didn't change anything around March, sometimes it just happens that what you download gets corrupted, there's nothing any of can do about it really.
