Please Upgrade the hardware for support latest firmware

    PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
    I can not play my DS!
    I am using an R4 V1.4!!!!
    Do I need to upgrade my hardware? Please tell me how..... I don't know how... please tell it step by step...
