thats an interesting error not sure if i can help you much download the latest firmware from the official website of your flashcard backup and then format your micro sd and when you place the games on the card (not necessary) try to rename the files to a shorter name maybe it will help

Maybe your sd card is corrupted. Try formatting it.

PUT YOUR SD CARD INTO YOUR COMPUTER (OPEN FOLDER TO VIEW FILES)
GO TO GAME THAT IS TOO LONG (I.E LEGO PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN)
HIGHLIGHT IT SO YOU GET THE OPEN BOX
    SCROLL DOWN TO RENAME
PUT CURSOR AT END OF TITLE, CLICK AND PRESS THE BACK ARROW
NOW JUST DELETE ANY LETTERS UNTIL IT JUST SAYS THE BASIC TITLE (I.E LEGO PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN)
    THE GAME SHOULD NOW WORK.
ANY OTHER GAME WITH A LONG TITLE OR (EN,FR,GE,IT,ES,NI,DA) AT THE END YOU HAVE TO DO THE SAME!
    HOPE THIS HELPS......
