I didn't know about ROMs and Emulators until recently. Please help me, as I am having a little trouble. How might I come across downloading a NDS Emulator? Please aid me?
www.emulator-zone.com. No$GBA is the best, but all of them are poor at this stage in their development. Expect games to run slowly, and some to not run at all.
In my opinion, your best bet would be (if you have a DS) to get a flash card (R4 or M3 Simply), get a micro SD card and put your games on it, then play them on the DS. Most of the games I've d/led from Romulation work perfectly through that. As for No$GBA, I haven't tried hard (at all) but I couldn't get many running good.
