Please help. some games will not appear on my games list

Can someone please help me, i updated my ttds card to the firmware on a link here and managed to get lego batman 2, and a few other games working fine on it. but it will only show that theres 5 games on it and the rest are not showing. Can someone please help me :-[

 

Did you place all of the games in the same location on your TFcard?

 

yeah i did but only 5 of them are appearing when i put it in the ds but when i put it back on computer it shows them all in it.

 

They were all there before the update right?

 

Do they all end in .nds?
Not .rar or .nd5?

 

Yeah, they wer all there before the update but the newer ones wouldnt work but now they work and the rest wont show up. They are all .nds files.

 

Format your card and then 'install' a clean version of the firmware.
