Please help! Pokemon Platinum issue with M3 simply

Hi can I please get some help?
I'm playing pokemon platinum on my M3 simply with latest firmware version 1.14 and it works fine.
Then i save and turn it off. When i want to play it again all that shows up is a blank screen.
I've tried re-downloading it and the same thing happened again.
I've tried reading the common things thread but can't find a solution.

i have the same problem but with my r4ds(the original one). i was playing it then i saved it and turned it off, later i tried to play it again but it just stays at a white screen forever. I tried putting the rom back on again after i deleted the first one and it lets me play it again, but after i save it then turn it off i cant play it again.

the same think happens to me, and i have a mac, so i don't think the arm7 thing will work. i don't really understand what that thing is anyway. is there some kind of patch that can be used? i get cheat.dat from gbatemp, and narin fixed the problem with DQV, i don't know if the same thing can be done with this. and it seems like the this game is working fine for a lot of people, so i don't know what to do.
