PLEASE HELP ME!

    I have an R4 and version 1.17 i downloaded Pokemon Heart Gold and when i try to play the game and it goes blue screen and it says Cant access saved file please turn off and reinsert your card (some where along those lines) and i do and it still wont work. I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP
