Just like the title says which do you prefer just after e3 just showed what the new motion controllers did.

I was going for the Kinect accessory but after what it showed in which no hardcore games such as shooter or other games i belive that sony really put effort into this controller.

Being completely honest, they both look awful. The Wii got it right, Sony and Microsoft can't seem to pull it off though.

Shame on them for trying to steal the Wii's idea and failing so hard at making it their own.

yeah but in term in the games they have which one do you prefer for a more convenient way of playing your games such as exclusives and multiplat games?

Well, the Kinect stuff is pretty much Kinect exclusives only, and they look awful.

The PS3 will have games that are Move compatible (Little Big Planet 2 for example), but won't require the Move to play. There will be Move only games, but they look as awful as the Kinect games.

If I had to choose one, I would go with the Move.

Well...they both look horribly awefully horrible...so I don't think either one is better.
In the E3 demo of the Move during the golf scene. They said that it was a one to one movement.
Meaning that when you swing the "golf club", your player would swing the club.

It turns out to be more like a 2 second delay...

The Kinect...I don't see how that is going to work...

yeah so do I i was hyped about Microsoft's new product but after e3 they showed me that their product isn't that exiting just for casual gaming.

    Nice.

I would choose the Commodore 64.

While the move would be the most accurate gameplay method...and the kinetic would be interesting...

I'd go for the wii, not as accurate (I can thrash the remote to the left...even though the game wants it moved TO THE RIGHT) but it's nintendo...COME ON PEOPLE!!!

Not new, but nintendo DID capitalize on it first and became successful.

I'm going by what I know.

The move seems accurate, using the ps3 eye, and the "balls" on the remotes, it'll do proper motion tracking...

Only problem is (as with sony) is it'll cost a fair bit to run, one remote is expensive, let alone the second for 2 handed games, and the eye...

The kinetic might be cheaper to run, though I haven't looked into that one so no clue.

the move isn't going to more expensive than kinect, it was priced at 100$ for a move + eye bundle.

i honestly really don't want to use motion controls, never liked separating my hands like that.
i see more promise in the move than i do for kinect. it has buttons AND motion control; i can play all sorts of games and not just the ones that require you to flail your arm, waggle you're hand, or shift your ass to do things only. that applies to the eyetoy and kinect.

i mentioned after what we saw at e3 ;D but to me i believe that the move is a wii hd wouldn't it be cool to control kratos and his weapons like a maniac :D

They both look pretty stupid. One is a straight up rip off of the Wii-Mote, the other is a motion sensing camera.
They both have advantages, and disadvantages.
The move, as I said, is a rip off of the Wii, but hey, it has good games like Killzone 3 which will be compatible with it. And the controller itself looks retarded.
The Kinect does look like it has the potential to be pretty sweet, gathered it gets some good games.

I gladly agree with you but the software itself isnt really that great in terms of "fun"

Kinect is all some just generic family friendly crap, and then the Moves games are just game with added updates so that it can also play with the Move, aside from the regular controller.
If somebody can make a kick ass Kinect game, like maybe some sort of Street Fighter game, or some sort of beat-em-up, that'd be sweet.
If Sony could make a Move Exclusive FPS with good controls, that'll be sweet as well.

okay, i really have to ask: why the hell do people keep looking it the move as a wii rip-off but can't even distinguish the fact that the kinect is an eyetoy rip-off... ?

Technically, the Kinect is an Eye Toy rip off, but in the end, both Microsoft and Sony are only building off of the success of the Wii with the motion control. Although the Eye Toy was obviously the base idea for the Kinect, it would never have come to be had the Wii never existed.
