Hi! I need help. I can't seem to make downloaded gba roms to run in my gba. I am using a supercard that already has some preloaded games. I noticed that the games in it have a sci file. Is that what I need to make downloaded games run? If so, where and how do I get or convert the file? Thanks!

You have to first extract the rar file using winrar which you can find using Google.
Then you can transfer it to your supercard.

you also have to patch it through the SuperCard application on your PC. I'm shocked you didn't say that Seph :-[ <-- supposed to show my embarrassment at you.

I always thought it was part of the transferring process. Never actually had a supercard...

On a similar subject of how to play GBA Roms...does anyone know how to get them to work on a DS-X 2Gb card, please?

On the same subject, I'm new and am attempting to use a VBA to play, respectively, Pokemon FireRed and Pokemon Emerald. Can I do this? and if so, how? do I have to use this "winrar" ? I apologize if I'm being incredibly stupid and am missing the obvious.

All our roms are packaged using winrar, so yes, you have to unpack them first. The exception to this rule are PSX ISOs which are self extracting archives, for which you double click the downloaded file and it extracts itself.

If you don't know what it is then you need not worry about it really.

Ok. I found winrar, and I extracted both Pokemon FireRed and Pokemon Emerald from the .rar files. When I went to play them, however, Pokemon FireRed was unable to save (so I could not go beyond a certain stage) and Pokemon Emerald would not play; it just displayed a white screen. Is there anything I can do to fix the problem with FireRed? and is there any way for me to make Emerald work?
