Is this true? Has anyone tried it?

I wouldn't be surprised if it was possible re-routing the data to another screen. But it'd be awfully stretched and bad graphics.

sony is going to release a new psp, smaller, more powerful and a function that allows it to be connected to the tv by cable.

The DS and PSP appeal to two entirely different audiences, a smaller more powerful version of the PSP would definitely sell well.

haven't you heard about anything? comparing the production costs of the ps3 to the price at the stores, the ps3 is the cheapest console in the market.

I don't really see how that's a relevant comparison, I honestly don't give a rats ass how much they spend on producing it, I care about what the end price is; if it's too high compared to the entertainment value it's going to offer me then I'll just forget about it.

Winterreise you don't even want to know what Sony lose on their PS2, despite the huge cost they still lose huge amounts of money every time they sell a console.

And I don't actually think MS loses $1500 per sold console, it's hardware isn't THAT costly to produce.

Wintereisse the new psp slim is actually damn cheap. in The UK its about £130 which is about £70-90 cheaper than the original. The new psp has a video output built in and the load times re faster (little bit).

The reason why i may be getting one is because of the Star Wars Bundle. It has Darth Vader on it xD. Also i want the new Star Wars BattleFront game. i might trade my old psp (which will get me about £50-70 and that will take the total cost down to about £80 which i think is good for a new console with custom firmware capabilities.

There will be a lot more homebrew considering there is now 64MB of ram. Also i'm doing a downgrade service at my school which will get me £10 for each downgrade. I have about 4 people already who want to, so i'll get the PSP for £40.
