Could be left over stock (I seen that happen before) or a stock image radomly pulled. I can't see the feedback...

Well play.com is a good website. The psp might be the 1000 model which is probably why it's so cheap.
if its sold by play.com you're good. if its sold by a third party through play.com (sort of like amazon marketplace) then it may be a scam.
