[Pkmn BW]Mysterious Space in Route 14/Undella Town.

    It's to the south-west of undella town.
    Looks like a station point for some roaming legendary.Or maybe a summoning point for some pokemon.Or an event can take place here.
    JUST WHAT THE HECK IS THIS THIS PLACE?

    I know the game creators didn't design this place with steps and everything just for lulz.
