Piracy..chances of getting caught using megaupload?

does megaupload hand in ips of accounts that have been caught uploading illegal files?
what are the chances of getting caught and fined through megaupload? thanks

 

No change if you upload to other hosts like Mediafire.

I've almost never seen a link deleted on Mediafire.

But about Megaupload...I don't know.
