Pikmin 2 Speed Fix??

    I am looking to speed up Pikmin 2 so it is at playable speed.
    It slows down a lot and seems to have a lot of lag, and i'm not sure how to fix it.
    I have
    Dolphin 4.0-4877
    Windows 8 64 bit on a Desktop
    Processor: AMD FX(tm)-6200 Six-Core Processor 3.80GHz
    RAM: 32.0 GB (31.8GB usable)
    Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 7500 Series
