phpb 3...what the hell?

    For those who read my "rick rolled" topic (which is closed for some reason...hence why I'm making a new topic...)

    Do I need to install something else I don't need just to get it-the "skip to content" fails.

    No, it's the admins that have to install the forum software there.

    Alrighty...so it was a site upgrade...

    wish there was some warning-or even a message like romU did during servicing..thanks anyway.

    Looks like a broken update/install. Otherwise, updates shouldn't take long at all.
