Phone tarriff

    Ok, so I got a new SIM card and it already had a blackberry tariff, I phoned the info hotline and it said I would get a text saying it was changing my tariff to O2 simplicity, which is what I wanted. I the got a text saying I would have simplicity within 48 hours. 48 hours would have been 11 o'clock this morning, I was just wondering does anyone think there's a problem, I mean, I've topped up my credit and there's nothing I can do.

    I would call O2 and ask.
