Flashcart is the cart or something that you use to play the ROMs on a real DS. Like R4, Acekard, etc,etc. Emulator is a program that allow you to play DS games on different console. Well known emulator like DeSMUme or no$gba.

No, BAHAMUT is the name of the person/group that dumped the game not the Emulator. Have you checked that thread I gave you ? See if there's any fix on Acekard 2i. Can't help much since I don't have a real DS, only playing it on Emulator.
There's a readme file with the download I think, Are you sure the File is "Phantasy Star Zero.nd"s or something like that? I'm using EDGE version 1.7, Works fine for me. ???
well it does start up except its just a blank white screen if thats any help oh and where did you say i would find the emulator
