Phantasy Star 0 Vending Machine

    I looked @ gamefaqs for some cheats , and i found.
    But how do i enter it?
    Gemafaqs says i have to enter it at the vending machine but where the hell is the vending machine??

    you need to complete some of the game first. The sewer is in front of those weird kids in the city that want to be hunters and just look for a pot hole that is a bit infront of them and enter. The vending machine is to the right when you enter the sewer.
