PEC Error Message

    The file "E:\Games\Playstation\emulator\pluging\gpupec.dll" can't be created-
    Make sure the medium is writable and the file is not in use.

    Could somebody please tell me what the hairy heck is gong on?!

    That appeared on me when I deleted that file, I had to reinstall the whole program. And now it works.

    PEC isn't an emulator unto itself, it's the ePSXe's answer to a Gameshark. And I did try to reinstall and still got the same stupid message anyway!
