Can somebody suggest some good PC RPG games....I am looking for games without d&d rules. Any RPG, action, classic and everything between these, all that i want is no d&d ruleset. I do know how D&D works, so....I'm not looking forward to replies like 'Learn the rules and then you'll start loving the game' please no.
This is a list of RPGs i enjoyed(I think it is easier for you if I did this so you can suggest games that are alike to my favs):
    • Dragon Age Series
    • Fable Series
    • Mass Effect
    • DeusEX
    • Witcher
    • TES IV - Oblivion
And please do not post very hardware demanding games (I barely ran Oblivion because of its open world, my processor is very weak)
Graphics is not a problem too, I'm a retro gamer too :)

You ran Witcher but couldn't run Oblivion well? Anyways, Fallout 1 and 2.

If you would like to start the Elder Scrolls series from the beginning (which I'm not sure if you would), then get Elder Scrolls: Arena and Daggerfall/Morrowind. Installing DOSBox should be simple enough (these games are released as free, FYI).
Also, if you won't mind spending 3 bucks, you can also get Breath of Death VII and Cthulu Saves the World on Steam.
Watch some gameplay first, if you're not sure.

In some respects that doesn't surprise me. Witcher ran perfectly on my old integrated geforce 7200, but WoW fried it.

LeGiON-X, try the oldblivion mod if you haven't already, it makes oblivion less demanding (with a corresponding loss in graphics quality).

Lionheart: Legacy of the Crusader was an RPG? Man I always thought it was a game like Total War. Oblivion did work on my pc and I finished it but I generally got low fps especially on the open world... Recettear seems like a harvest moon bazaar type but I'll try it. And hey thanks for the reply!!

Chantelise is also a good one, made by the same people who made Recettear.

Oldblivion would help with that kind of thing.
