When I play games the CPU temp display on my case goes from 92-96 degrees Fahrenheit to 194 degrees Fahrenheit. It then just stays at 194. When I stop playing though it goes back down to normal. Whats wrong with it. Also the thermometer is not plugged into anything, it's a probe that you stick in the heatsink.

measuring the heatsink isnt a very accurate way of determining cpu temp. I imagine whats happening is it reaches an equilibrium point at that temperature.

The instructions that come with the case say to put it in the heat sink though.
