    paypal does not allow american express gift cards, which work just like regular credit cards everywhere else, to be used. cant buy 15,000 points with paypal as only option.

    I guess your only option is to ask someone else if you can use their credit card :)

    We can not affect which type of cards PayPal accept.

    Costs a hell of a lot and is a legally risky business as we'd be responsible for maintaining security of cardholder details. By using a payment processor thats their problem not ours.
