Payment for points ??? help

hiya

i made a payment for points in with paypal, .. but i think i made a mistake and i need to know if theres any option to help,

in the box where it said amount i thought it was the amount of 10,000 point packs i wanted to buy, so i put in 1, .... only after did i notice it was the amount in cost! and i paid 1 dollar for nothing?

what i need help with is, .. can i speak with a admin, to see if either 1: i can get 2000 points for my 1 dollar, or can i pay an additional 4 dollars to recive the full 10000 points, ..
