patching

    okay well this is going to sound really stupid but i really have no clue what i'm doing. I want to patch the soul silver with the anti-freeze patch but i have no clue how to use it. What program do i need because nothing i have will do it.

    yes i know its a stupid question.

    using an M3 DS real if that is important.
