This is the best I can do:

SuperCard Lite is a slot 2 card, meaning it goes in the GBA cart slot. Thus it hasn't got native access to the NDS execution area, but the SuperCard developers found some way to make the DS execute the code properly via patching. So essentially, you need to patch every DS ROM to play it.

The settings you need to use vary from game to game, the best I can tell you is to just experiment with it.
