Yeah I'm kinda of noob with this kinda stuff so how do patch roms? I wanna play some hacked games which need to be patch so can you tell me? Do you need a program? Is there a way to do it without a program?
There are different types of patches that are applied in different ways. Usually the patch comes with instructions.
ISP ? I think its suppose to be IPS. If its IPS; what you need to do is download : http://fusoya.eludevisibility.org/lips/index.html Simply; 1. place the clean/unpatched rom in the IPS folder 2. place the patch.ips file (which is the patch you want to use on the rom) 3. run Lunar IPS 4. choose Apply Patch 5. choose the rom and the patch file to use 6. patch it, ok/done. Alternatively, you can try IPSWin 2.0 or SmartIPS.
