It's done.

1.Download the Ips patcher if you haven't already.

2.Download the Ips patch.

3.Click on the patcher.

4.Press apply IPS patch.

5.Chose the M and Sonic patch you downloaded.

6.Chose the rom next.

7.It'll say rom patched Enjoy.

Well, at first the corrupted message showed up, but then it letted me make a new save game. It seems everything is running good now. I resetted and the message didn't show up. I'm confident it won't show up again.

I don't know if I can do that. But it's very easy to patch the rom. Try Lunar IPS (http://fusoya.eludevisibility.org/lips/download/lips101.zip). It's very easy to use, it asks you the ips file and the rom and that's it. Good luck

 

no its too big if you have a zip are rar compresser to make it a smaller zip are rar then i will im using free air internit just on patcher click second jap writing then chose rom then click save then your done enjoy

Hi All

I really hope someone reading this will take pity on me as I'm completely lost in trying to get Mario and Sonic to work.

I have downloaded the rom and had the same problem as everyone else in that it would load then say the sav file is corrupted.

I have followed numerous methods of patching and even though on two occasions a message has said that the patch has successfully been applied when I extract the files to the DS it gets to 99% then says CRC failed in 4262 and lists the games name etc.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong and I'm getting so frustrated to read that other people are obviously managing to successfully understand the process which I obviously don't.

Many apologies if this is in the wrong section. Really hope someone will come to my rescue and clearly tell me each step I need to take.

Why not, try to extract the rom to your flashcard first before patching. Then patch it while its on your flashcard memory card?

No problem. Steps in more detail.

1.Download the mario and sonic rom to your flashcard.

2.Download the patch, and patcher for it which I posted.

3.Click on the patcher, click on apply patch.

4.Chose the patch you downloaded

5.Next it will want your rom.

6.Click on the rom you downloaded to you flashcard.

7.It'll say rom patched or something like that.

8.Plug in and play.
