Parasite eve 2 disc of 2 wont load

hey, im using epsxe 1.70 and when playing parasite eve 2 when it says "Please insert disc 2" it freezes after i do so, any suggestions on what to do?

 

change the iso or the cd with disc2....do you have it?
via file->change disc menu!

 

Like the what the emu said "Please enter disk 2"
try doing the following:
Save when prompted to save on a blank screen before seeing "Please enter disk 2"
or
File----> ISO your parasite eve 2 iso/bin or whatever type your using when prompted to enter disk 2.

Not much I can add, good advice. Are you loading the image from a virtual drive (for Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120%, etc)? If so, you should be able to unmount the current image then mount the 2nd disc, let it go until Windows Autoplay kicks in (which you would then close) & then finally you should be able to continue by pressing whatever button the game prompts you to use. Otherwise, follow the advice of the previous 2 posters.

Also, please post if you were successful in fixing your problem; it doesn't have to be a large post but by letting the board know, it can help other people in the future.

 

and if you still have probs, try another emulator, even try epsxe160. I just found out that epsxe170 cant play some games aswell as epsxe160 0_0
