I've been bumped up to 'mildly cool' for sharing Pandora Radio around at school (mostly by saying "Oh my God, this isn't blocked!?" a little too loudly), so I felt like I should share it with those who haven't heard of it before.

So, what exactly is this? Well, it's a free online radio. The only reason that this hasn't slipped into the depths of the internets is due to the 'Music Genome Project'. This unique little thing breaks down each and every song for the little factors that make it up, and puts like songs together to form your radio station.

In other words, its free music that bases itself around what you already like.

So, go ahead - try it out. You don't even have to sign up or anything to just try it out, though, by making an account, you can keep the stations you make. Plug in your favorite band and go to town on it. If a lot of people have questions, I'll draft up a tutorial. If you want to check out my glorious two stations, head to my profile: http://www.pandora.com/people/gamemaniac4000

... and I'm going to quit the internet if this is posted in the wrong forum AGAIN... XD

I heard about this from my school too, but I use Ruckus, so much better than streaming from Pandora, trust me.

I used to use pandora until they blocked all non-US people from it.

I use it occasionally whenever I'm looking for something a bit different as far as bands go.
