I downloaded the trial for The Fall Trilogy from Big Fish and I keep getting the strangest error message every time I try to run it! My monitor tells me it's out of range whatever that means. Could somebody please tell me if there's a fix for this? I've never gotten this error before either.
The resolution is too much for your monitor to handle. Mine did the same thing. http://forums.cnet.com/5208-10149_102-0.html?threadID=251032 The above link should help out, it's something you can do yourself. I hate resolution issues : Good luck on that one.
I'm going to go try it now! Keep your thumbs crossed! ;v) Post Merge: [time]1263244898[/time] Well, I tried it and guess what? It didn't work! Surprise surprise! I still get out of range 74.8k 75Hz. I know what the 75Hz, that's my refresh rate. But what the hairy heck is that 74.8k supposed to mean?! *scratches her head
Does the game have a separate configuration that you can run to adjust the display settings while playing? You might try adjusting them before running, to something that you know your monitor/video card can handle.
That's just it, I get sound but no picture. If you want I could put up a screenshot of what I'm getting! ;v) Scratch the screenshot, it didn't work either. All I got was a whole heap of blackness.
Because we obviously can read minds, right Does the program have a configuration program outside of the main program, (some programs do) where you can set resolution of game play, etc.
No, this is a trial from Big Fish shareware and we all know they wouildn't even DREAM of doing something that forward thinking! Post Merge: [time]1263290168[/time] You're welcome Dedboy! ;v)
