out of curisoity

    is there anyway toburn more than a single GC iso an a DVD-R (i have the mios patch installed) since i saw if most GC isos are around the 500mb's up to 1 GB, so i could use that extra space of 3 to 3.5 GB.

    Not in a method that will treat them as a gamecube disc.

    You could just burn the files to a DVD as storage, but it won't work like a game disc.
