you mean run mac on your PC. And it has an extremely high failure rate. MacOS is designed to run on a very prescriptive set of hardware and if you go outside that list it might work but its more likely to just crash and burn.
Yep. That's what happened to me when I tried running a hacked version of mac on my Acer Aspire One. It worked fine, but when I wanted to download something, it just crashed.
