opened rom too much?

is it possible for a rom to stop working if played too much? i play animal crossing almost every day and i've been playing since around june. but suddenly this week, when i open the game it freezes when loading or shortly after i start playing. all of my other roms work fine, though. ???

no, not unless the disk goes bad, or your hdd goes out. or unless the rom is transfered too many times......but other than that i don't think that playing it will result in destroying it.....

but it could possibly happen though it has never happened to me before......

but just retransfer the rom and see if that helps.

 

Or backup all your files from the flashcart, format the SDcard, then put everything back again.
