Only downloads 99% of file

After not using the service for about a month, I recently tried to download a few files for my NDS and I followed exactly the same procedure as before...but each time it gets to 99% complete and then gives an error signal:

ERROR COPYING FILE OR FOLDER
Cannot copy file:Can't read from the source file or disk.

What am I doing wrong?

I can still download from MEGAUPLOAD no problems !!!

Any ideas ??

 

I've only ever downloaded one file at a time ! I have just failed to download another game after removing my cookies to see fi that helped - same error message.

I have now tried to download at least 8 games, all get 99% done exactly and then fail to this error message.

I am downloading to a game file on my PC, same as before, and if I try another site it downloads (to the same file) perfectly.

Same as I've always downloaded, it worked OK for a month and I've downloaded a 100 odd games without a problem. Then this time it just gets 99% done and I get this error message.

I use the European server and save the game to my PC, in a file called DS Games.

Windows Internet Explorer, Windows XP Service Pack 3.

I don't think I've changed anything recently, definately no new hardware/software that I'm aware of, and all else is running as normal.

Strange, I can still download at www.pspisoz.com no problems, same games, same files and directories.

No I haven't, 'cos when I use pspisoz it saves it to the same file no problem at all.... I will try it now.

Just tried saving to two different folders, same error message at 99% complete, also just tried downloading it to external drive....same problem!!!

 

I am using version : 7.0.5730.13

Does this mean anything to you?

 

maybe using some download manager will help......works for me!

 

Is no-one else getting this problem ?

I saw exactly the same in another posting but it got moved so I can't ask how it was rectified....

 

Has no-one found a cure for this? It's still happening to me.... ???

 

try to get the same file from a different web site or try to get a different file with the same contents in it

 

When I use pspisoz.com I can download the same game no problems, this is probably not the same file though. The game downloads all normally until the very last second, then it throws up the error and the file is lost.
