One arm "hoon" (wreakless driver)

...talk about repeat offender, he may claim he's got mental problems, but really, he shouldn't be near a car with this sort of attitude!


If I saw this guy, I'd rip off his legs so he couldn't drive-and es I am protective about my car being anywhere near his...idiot!


(and from what I read in the papers, he was gonna have his mother's car moddified for one arm useage-we all know what was gonna happen there!)

 

You would of thought he'd learn...

 

I admit, when your having problems, you tend to just want to forget, if he killed someone instead of taking out his arm though...

Would he then learn?


Would he care?


But then again-we are responsible for our actions-whether we are "capable" of thought or not.
