I used to have a R4i Revolution DS card which worked fine on my dsi(i dont have 3ds) on an outdated version but I updated the firmware in the device and it stopped working. I then bought a new card which is the R4 SDHC Dual-Core 2016 white case(original had black case) which works perfectly fine now however when I load my old games, It creates a new save file when I did import all the old save files over and use the same microSD card which is a 16GB. Alot for a ds. The old save files ended in jsut .sav while the new ones have nds.sav but i tried renaming the old ones but wouldn't work. still loaded a new save. I looked at a converter but have no idea what options to choose as im not sure exactly what versions I have. Please help me. I don't know what else to fix it. I really want to use my old saves otherwise i've lost days and months of hard work from when I was much younger.
NVM ignore this. I somehow fixed it. I jsut renamed it again. it didnt work first time but now all my games seem to work again. Alls good
