I have a PSP Silver Slim Daxter Bundle PSP. System Software version 3.73.

Is it possible with this set up... to

    A. Make it able to play PSP ISOs.
    B. Make it able to emulate Snes games.
    C. Do it without a Pandora Battery.

    Which programs do I download?

What's the steps to successfully complete this operation?

    Thank you in advance.

ummmmmm.....I am not sure that all of that can be done without a Pandora Battery, maybe it is possible. However, I do know that the Pandora Battery does all of hacking, modding, flashing, and other "stuff" that one needs in order to play PSP ISOs, Nintendo 64 roms, PS ISOs, movies and anything else that you could possible throw at your console. I really think that if you want to mod your PSP you need a physical connection, the kind that the Pandora battery provides, so that the PSP can be flashed. Hope this helps,

You can use this TIFF exploit called ChickHEN (Google it) which enables homebrew loading which you can use to install a M33 (Custom) Firmware. Then you can run isos by putting them in ISO folder on your memory stick. You can also use emulators. Well first you need to make sure that your PSP is hackable if you have 3.73 it sounds like it is, I'm 99% sure. Once you've done that follow this guide and you'll have CFW.

Disclaimer: If you brick your PSP following my instructions I am not responsible. There is almost no chance of this though.

    Thanks, I'll investigate now.

Edit - Worked like a charm. Now if I could only find a non-Asia Crimson Gem Saga. This one I found is a really poor translation or something.

Hold on-are you aware which psp model it is?

I klnow it's not a 1000, but the 2000's can be risky with certain motherboards, and if it's a 3000 , well it can be hacked but risky...

Get pspident to check whitch board it runs...

I think all can be hacked, but some require other ways to do it...the previously un-hackable ones can't use straight m33

The 1000 series is the best to hack purely as it is the safest.
