ÅŒkamiden, known as ÅŒkamiden: Chiisaki TaiyÅâ€‹ (å¤§ç¥žä¼ï½žå°ã•ãå¤ªé™½ï½ž,? lit. ÅŒkami Chronicles: Tiny Sun) in Japan, is an action-adventure video game to be published by Capcom for the Nintendo DS handheld game console. It is a direct sequel to the PlayStation 2 and Wii title ÅŒkami. It is being designed by Kuniomi Matsushita, the director of the Wii port of ÅŒkami, and Motohide Eshiro, producer of Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth and Onimusha 2: Samurai's Destiny. It is slated for a Japanese release in September 30, 2010, and with North American and European releases no later than 2011. It will star Chibiterasu, a small celestial wolf born from Amaterasu, protagonist of ÅŒkami, as well as feature much of the same gameplay as its predecessor, including the Celestial Brush which allows players to freeze the gameplay and draw shapes or patterns using the touch screen.

Development began when Matsushita expressed an interest in creating a new ÅŒkami game, and showed Eshiro a technical demo of such a game in December 2008. Because the demo was so well-done, development began on a sequel. The Nintendo DS was chosen due to both it being the most successful platform of this generation as well as the touch screen being ideal for controlling the Celestial Brush.

Plot :
Much of ÅŒkamiden' centers around the children of previous characters from ÅŒkami and their adventures and the relationships that form through the game's story, according to producer Motohide Eshiro. The game takes place nine months after the events of ÅŒkami. In spite of Amaterasu's battle against the Dark Lord Yami, which would kill all the demons in Nippon, they return. The Konohana Sprite Sakuya, a character from the original ÅŒkami, summons the Sun Goddess Amaterasu, but instead finds Chibiterasu, who looks like a young version of Amaterasu. Chibiterasu, as revealed by Matsushira, is, in fact, Amaterasu's child/son, as was previously speculated. Producer Eshiro noted that he is a "young form of existence" and not fully grown; he retains several abilities of Amaterasu, including the Celestial Brush, but lacks her power, which will be reflected in the plot and gameplay. Chibiterasu's partners will be incorporated into the main plot as well. One of the partners that accompanies Chibiterasu is Kuni, the son of Susano and Kushi, two characters from ÅŒkami. He was born after the events of ÅŒkami, and appeared in the ending of the first game. They did not reveal how Susano had a son in such a short amount of time, but stated that they would reveal it eventually. Other characters from ÅŒkami return, including Issun, Mr. and Mrs. Orange and Sakuya. The game will feature locales from ÅŒkami as well as new areas to explore as part of its adventure.

Ah yeah, the demo for this game has been released. and available for download.
and, the non-demo will be available as soon it has been dumped, well unless you buy it.

the AP kicks in at this part further from where you are but still go outside the village lil cutscene then follow the arrow

You can also play it on ps2.

Okami is one of my favourite games ever, but I'll wait for english rom :
