Ok, WTF is wrong with my browser/computer?

I keep getting these errors when I try to watch youtube, post on certain forums, etc.
This has NEVER happened before, though I think it may have something to do with me torrenting :C

 

Could I get a link?
Also just restarted the comp that had the problem and I noticed something rather.... odd

You use Chrome? Well, I have sometimes problems too... a uninstall with a program like Revo Uninstaller and then a reinstall did the trick.

 

Ok but can you guys now help me out with a problem with my terraria?

I keep on getting this error on the most trusted cracks, how do I fix it?
BTW it's 1.1, did they add any more required programs for it to run for 1.1?
