I had just finished the Ice dungeon on the Legend Of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass when my battery indicator went red. So i saved and quit, Ended the game and turned the power off. I Then went to switch the power adjustment to low to have more battery when on the top screen it said, couldn't open _DS_Menus. So, I'm like wtf, and left it to sleep on it. So i've just put my 2gb memory card in the usb port, and i have absolutely nothing on it. No games folder no moonshell etc. Its completely formatted itself and i dont know why, anyways can anybody help me, is there anywhere i can go to download the essential files, or will it all be on that disc i recieved with it. Its an M3DS Simply and it was version 1.7 or something, I'd check myself but i dont know how to somebody else set it all up for me, thanks people.

Go to http://www.linfoxdomain.com/ds/ to redownload the firmware.
