Ohai everyone!

    Hello everyone. Something.... odd happened to me today. I was impressed my a rom site.... It was really something new. I got on, noticed becoming a member was free, became a member and bam, I had access to downloads without them trying to suck my money out. I was genuinely impressed to the point to which I decided to join the forums and... well... here I am.

    Now, in case you're wondering what I'm doing here, I intend to get an R4 Revolution for Christmas and I wanted to get all of my games digitally copied so I could put them on my R4. Go... me? I guess...

    Hm... something to put so I'm not just saying hi and get banned instantly... er...

    Things I like that no one cares about:
    Lolcats
    Memes always make me smile
    Computer and handheld games
    Fav DS games (no order): Contact. Harvest Moon. Super Mario DS. Castelvaina. Lost In Blue. A billion more.
    Fav Computer games: Morrowind (fully modded or bust). Painkiller. Gmod.
    Fav MMORPG'S: Age Of Conan. Anarchy Online. Lunia. Gunz.

    Bla bla bla. No one cares, right? Hope to have fun here :D

    Oh, last thing. I'm a huge fan of game creation. I'm working on a ORPG with some friends, although my time put into the project has been scarce. D: Stupid school, it interferes with my games!

    We would not advise you to get an R4, the original R4 was retired some months ago and is no longer updated. Carts that are currently available and claim to be an R4 or an 'upgraded' R4 are clones with no connection to the real R4, they are cashing in on the success the original had. The compatibility of the clones with roms is highly variable, and in some cases (eg N5) they are well known for causing damage to DS units. With this in mind, RomUlation reccommends the CycloDS Evolution, and if that is not available I believe the EDGE and Acekard 2 are good. DSTT was also highly recommended at one point, but I've not heard as much about it recently.

    Now I'm scared... The most common one I see is the R4 Revolution, followed closely by the acekard. I'll have to look more into what I may be getting as an impostor. D: Thanks for the heads up!
