Who here likes what they think to be either odd or obscure music? I myself mainly listen to British folk rock, British electric folk, psychadelic folk, and weird 90's indie stuff. My favorites from each genre are Fairport Convention, Steeleye Span, The Incredible String Band (ISB), and Neutral Milk Hotel. So do any of you know/like any of them? What odd genre's and artists do you like? And if I missed any thread similar to this, sorry, I did look.
Folk stuff always be awesome, i love Alligator Stew, they do kinda like Western Country Rock, but i say they do "West Wood Saloon music" Try it
Cool, I will do. If you try any of the stuff I mentioned, be most careful with Neutral Milk Hotel. That's some dangerous stuff there!
Ah, thanks, i'm going to try it now, they are very famous as i see, but my favourite band is Porcupine Tree, i love every stuff done by Steven Wilson, he is genius of progressive rock, shouln't be missed
